Do my guests need to install an app?
No. The pre-arrival link and the QR on the door open in the phone's browser, in Italian, English or Spanish.
What if I can't answer when guests arrive?
For each property you choose who answers: you, the helpdesk, or you first and the helpdesk after 30 seconds.
Where do the document photos go?
They are stored encrypted and deleted 2 days after checkout; the other details after 30 days. The video call is not recorded.
How much does it cost?
