Double-entry bookkeeping · Italy and Spain

Your books, always in balance.

Count keeps the books for freelancers, small businesses and associations: every invoice, collection and payment becomes an entry that balances by itself. VAT registers, settlement and trial balance are always up to date, because they all come from the journal.

How it works

Free during the beta. Then create your account on count.iaciao.com with the same email you use on iaCiao.

How it works

  1. 1Record

Enter purchase and sales invoices, even with several rates. Count posts debit and credit to the right accounts, VAT, IGIC and withholding included.

  2. 2Collect

Send your customer a payment link: they pay by card or upload the transfer receipt. The collection is booked once you approve it.

  3. 3Check

VAT registers, monthly or quarterly settlement, ledgers, trial balance: always computed from the journal, as PDF when you need them.

What's inside

Real double entry

Every entry balances and falls in an open fiscal year: the database enforces it, not just the interface.

Nothing gets deleted

A mistake is reversed with an opposite entry: the history stays readable for whoever reviews it.

Italy and Spain

EEC chart of accounts with VAT and withholding tax; Spanish PGC with 21% VAT and Canary Islands IGIC.

Payment links

Card through Stripe or a receipt uploaded by the customer, with the fee booked separately.

Fiscal years

Closing and reopening, with ledgers that carry over from one year to the next.

Ready to print

Sales invoices and VAT registers as PDF, with your organisation's details.

Coming, not yet available: e-invoicing (FatturaPA/SdI, VeriFactu), F24 and forms 303/111/130. Card payments currently go through a Stripe test account.
